This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

You may not modify the materials or use them for any commercial purpose or for any public display.

You must not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the materials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify GrabKnock immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

GrabKnock will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed are in USD.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase items from the Merchant through GrabKnock.

GrabKnock and the Merchant reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Refunds for completed orders are final unless the order was incorrect, missing items, or not delivered as promised.

GrabKnock is a platform that connects users with independent merchants (restaurants).

GrabKnock is not a merchant, retailer, restaurant, or food preparation business.

Merchants are responsible for food preparation, menu accuracy, item availability, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.

GrabKnock is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Merchant or Delivery Partner.

You may only order alcohol if you are 21 years of age or older and provide valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

The delivery partner will refuse delivery if you cannot provide valid ID or appear intoxicated.

Age-restricted orders that cannot be completed are non-refundable.

You agree to use alcohol responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

Prohibited activities include: fraudulent orders, chargebacks, harassment, abuse, or discrimination.

You may not scrape data, use automated tools, or attempt to circumvent platform security.

Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

GrabKnock provides the platform "as is" without warranties or conditions of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrabKnock is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Your total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through GrabKnock in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
